OUR MISSION
Simply put: To be the HVAC-Industry leader of Furnace Inspection Cameras.
There are several cheap knockoff products available out there, that masquerade as furnace inspection devices. But Beware! The Inspector camera is the ONLY furnace inspection device that produces a high resolution image. The others don't even have half the lines per inch that the Inspector does. What does that mean to you? It means that if you purchase a low resolution cheap camera, you are almost guaranteed to miss the smaller cracks and holes in furnaces. The most alarming fact is that these low resolution cameras will glide right past and over these finer cracks, but the view in the monitor will deceivingly display an area that appears to have no problem whatsoever.
Using one of these cheap low-resolution cameras leaves your HVAC company vulnerable in two major ways.
1. Liability:
In these days of law suits, you can't afford to be wrong about your diagnosis of a furnace and it's safe operation. If there are holes or cracks in the heat exchanger, you need to know it and let your customers know it.
2. Missed Sales Opportunities:
Furnaces with holes or cracks in the heat exchanger, can be a very good opportunity for your company to offer your customer equipment replacement options. If you customer has a defective furnace, that is a definite problem! A problem that your HVAC company can offer a solution to. That is if you are able to identify the problem.
What this means to our HVAC customers? And what does this all mean to your customers, the homeowner? We at Shamrock Industries, Inc. understand that a small minority of HVAC contractors will cut corners with quality and some will even be willing to put their customer's safety in jeopardy to do so. We believe that is Bunk! We are committed to producing the highest quality inspection device at the best price we can deliver it to you for. We believe that is what the vast majority of HVAC contractors would want, and we believe that is certainly what every homeowner would expect of them.
